Policies
We ask that registered individuals who will be attending a class series with a child be at least 18 years old and are either the legal guardian of said child or have permission from the child's legal guardian to attend.
Registration and Payment Information
To register for a class series or workshop, please go online to the Registration page and choose the class series or workshop that you wish to attend. Online registration is closed 24 hours prior to the scheduled class/workshop. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Space is limited and we cannot hold a spot for you. We currently offer the ability to pay online using a credit card.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your registration is complete.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made to Dina at Lifesigns@instruction.com no less than 24 hours before a scheduled class workshop or the first day of a play class series in order to receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus a $3 cancellation fee. If a workshop is canceled by the facility or instructor, you may choose to reschedule. If a play class is canceled by the facility or instructor, we will try to reschedule the class missed or you may receive a pass for a make-up class. We do not offer partial refunds or discounted rates if you cancel or are unable to attend a play class. If you are unable to attend any of our in-person classes or workshops due to COVID symptoms, please contact the instructor to arrange a refund.
Inclement Weather Policy
If school is cancelled in the town in which the class/workshop is scheduled to take place or there is a travel ban, the class/workshop will also be cancelled. We will contact you by text or e-mail to notify you of the change. Cancellations will be announced on our Facebook page: Baby Signs with Dina.
Online Policy
During online classes/workshops, please remember that there are often young ears and eyes also attending. Please keep your conduct and language family appropriate. Should you choose to behave in a manner that is disruptive to other attendees, you will be removed from the class by the instructor. There will be no refunds for being removed from the class/workshop for inappropriate behavior.
In Person Classes
All in person classes will be held in an atmosphere safe setting along with limited class sizes. If anyone in your household is experiencing COVID like symptoms, please, we ask that you do not attend.
